1. FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services may not disclose the source of your funds without your signed authority, due to privacy restrictions 

2. The processing fees are to be paid from the client’s unclaimed money claim. The client understands they will receive the balance by cheque or deposited electronically into their nominated bank account. Every effort is made by FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services to ensure that funds are returned within 9 weeks of receipt of ALL correct documentation required – FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services and its employees are not responsible for any delays in processing of the claim and accept no responsibility for any claim, loss, or liability arising from any such delays. The client accepts that they are responsible for providing correct information and that incorrect information may cause delays in receiving their unclaimed money.

3. FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services fee is 15% + GST payable of all monies recovered, payable upon recovery of funds.Claims under $900 are a flat fee of $150.00 + GST.

4. FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information provided via any correspondence and or communications. The accuracy or reliability of the information provided is not guaranteed or warranted in any way and FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services, its agencies, representatives, subsidiaries and affiliates disclaim liability of any kind whatsoever, including & without limitation, liability for accuracy, quality, performance, or reliability for a particular purpose arising out of the information provided.

5. Acceptance of our service is automatic acceptance of all FIDELITY CHOICE Asset Recovery Services Terms and Conditions.
